Our Refund Policy for Physical Products

Thanks for purchasing our products at IDM Merch Boutique operated by Intelligent Diva.  All clothing sales are final once ordered.  No cash refunds are permitted. We would gladly give you a store credit equivalent to the sales price  of the item purchased. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to contact us within 30 calendar days of your purchase. We will honor a refund only if the product has not been received.  On our website, we have indicated due to Covid please allow additional time for the order to be received.  Our  distribution company notifies us when there is an issue with the address.  You must provide a valid email address , so that we can reach out to you  verify the address for any correction.

For all  of products which are not related to clothing, if the product is damaged, send us an email at  idmmerchboutique@gmail.com with a picture of the product, or video and we'll  gladly  notify the manufacturer, and issue a product replacement.
